The company was founded in 2008 and in addition to the Czech Republic, it currently operates in Slovakia and Hungary. The main activity of our company is the production and wholesale of wine and musts from Hungary.
At the beginning of our establishment, we focused only on trade activities and mediation. Since 2010, our company has been purchasing grapes from vineyards in Hungary from the Nészmélyi – Aszár, Mátra, Dunántúl and Duna-Tisza közi areas as part of long-term relationships and contracts. At present, approximately 20% of the production is directly represented by musts, which we have been producing in our own plant in Hungary since 2020 based on the requirements of our business partners, including sludge removal and cooling to the temperature required by the customer.
We process grapes intended for wine production in the premises of our long-term partners under our technological supervision. Every delivery is equipped with all prescribed accompanying documentation and certification, i.e. EKAER/musts/or EMCS/wine/ accompanying documents and the proof of wine classification. Annually, our company ships approximately 1.0 – 1.5 million litres of must and approximately 5 – 8 million litres of wine, depending on the vintage. Our customers include companies from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Our company is subject to audit and we publish an annual report on the company's management in accordance with the law every year.

Our company controls 210 ha of vineyards in the form of an integration agreement wine cooperative in the area of Nészmély, of which since 2021 is 45 ha in our rent. We take grapes from other areas from our long-term ones partners.

We have been operating since 2020
We put our own wine production facility into operation in January 2020. The processing capacity is 70 – 80 tons of grapes per day with 8.5 hours of working time. The storage and fermentation capacity is currently 5,000 hl. During this and the following year, it will be gradually increased to 35,000 hl.
We supply all the products we offer to business partners in isothermal tank trucks. Shipping is already included in the price of the product. Deliveries take place in the form of “Just in time” according to customer requirements.
We produce musts in our own production premises. As a standard, the supplied must is treated with a pectolytic enzyme (in the case of aromatic varieties, with an enzyme to promote the release of aromatic substances). After pressing the must is cooled to approximately 6 – 8°C and after 6 hours of standing, coarse sludge is removed. Subsequently, the must is treated with a basic dose of sulphur dioxide (SO2) and transported to the customer in an isothermal tank. According to the customer's wishes, we are also able to supply must treated with flotation. Every delivery is equipped with all prescribed accompanying documentation and certification, i.e. EKAER and BKO accompanying documents.
Grapes from the Dunántúli, Felsö-Magyarország and Duna-Tisza-közi regions are processed in the premises of our long-term business partner. They also provide tax warehouse services for us. Our cooperation has lasted in this form for 12 years. The following varieties for the basis: Müller Thurgau, Veltlín green, Welsh Riesling, Red Traminer, Blue Portugal, Pinot gris, Muscat Ottonel, Chardonnay and Irsai Oliver. As a standard, must is treated with a pectolytic enzyme (in the case of aromatic varieties, with an enzyme to promote the release of aromatic substances). After pressing the must is cooled to approximately 6 – 8°C and after 6 hours of standing, coarse sludge is removed. Subsequently, it is fermented with a pure yeast culture, then nutrition is supplemented and fermentation is controlled during the fermentation period. After final fermentation, wine undergoes a classic finishing process and it is transported in an isothermal tank to the customer after the final filtration.
Prices and Payment Terms and Conditions
Prices and payment terms are negotiated individually. Invoicing takes place in EUR and without VAT. We are able to offer customers financing in the form of factoring through ČSOB Faktoring a.s. or a supplier loan after checking the customer's creditworthiness.
